Dr. Levine grew up in Texas, where he graduated from Rice University. He attended medical school at Washington University in St. Louis. He completed General Surgery Residency and thereafter undertook a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.  In 2003, he completed a second Fellowship in minimally-invasive Vascular procedures. Dr. Levine has been Board Certified in Vascular Surgery since 1993, and has over 30 years of experience in practice. His areas of emphasis in practice include arterial reconstructive surgery, dialysis access, and varicose veins. Dr. Levine also maintains an outreach clinic in a rural community in Mendocino County, where he provides care to a medically underserved population.
